| 1. Site Preparation | Check the supporting frame, ensure the studs are straight, level and firmly fixed. | |||
| 2. First Panel Mounting | Place the first bamboo stable panel against the marked line. Keep the groove side facing the direction of subsequent panels. Pre-drill holes on the board at designated positions to avoid cracking, then fasten it onto the support frame with corrosion-resistant screws. | |||
| 3. Sequential Panel Assembly | Insert the tongue of the next panel into the groove of the installed board. Tap gently with a rubber mallet to make the joint tight and seamless. | |||
| 4. Gap & Alignment Check | Inspect all joints to guarantee even gaps and flat board surface. | |||
| 5. Edge Trimming & Finishing | Cut panels to fit corners, door openings or end sections. Sand cut edges smoothly. Apply exterior wood/bamboo protective coating on cut surfaces to prevent moisture intrusion and mould growth. | |||
