Strand woven bamboo timbers / slats for bench seat and backrest suitable for many zones and beach . |

And Strand woven (heavy) bamboo strips have ultra high density and compact internal structure. They strongly resist erosion from sea salt spray, humid air, strong sunlight and UV radiation common at beaches. Treated with outdoor grade water based oil, they prevent corrosion, mildew and rot far better than ordinary solid wood in coastal conditions. |
Dense bamboo strands minimize water absorption. Seawater or rainwater drains quickly without soaking into the wood. This avoids swelling, warping and surface damage, keeping the bench stable even in wet beach conditions. |

How to install for Composited Bamboo Outdoor Bench ? |
Tools Required |
Electric drill, wrench, level, measuring tape, expansion bolts, screwdriver |
Step 1: Site Preparation |
Choose a flat, solid ground surface (asphalt, concrete or compacted hard ground). Clear debris and level the installation area with a level tool to ensure no unevenness. |
Step 2: Position the Bench Frame |
Place the stainless steel support frame of the composited bamboo bench at the target position. Adjust its angle and position, and check that the frame is horizontal and stable using a level. |
Step 3: Drill Fixing Holes |
Mark the hole positions on the ground through the reserved mounting holes of the metal base. Drill holes of appropriate depth and diameter with an electric drill, then insert expansion bolts. |
Step 4: Secure the Metal Frame |
Tighten the expansion bolts with a wrench to firmly fix the stainless steel frame to the ground. Shake the frame slightly to test its stability and ensure no looseness. |
Step 5: Install Heavy Bamboo Slats |
Align the pre drilled holes of heavy bamboo seat and backrest slats with the mounting holes on the metal frame. Fasten them with anti rust screws one by one. Keep the slats evenly spaced during installation. |
Step 6: Adjust & Tighten All Parts |
Check all connecting screws and bolts. Tighten loose fasteners. Adjust the position of bamboo slats to keep them neat and aligned. |
Step 7: Final Inspection |
Wipe the bench surface clean. Test the overall stability by sitting on it. Confirm no wobbling, cracks or loose parts, then the installation is completed. |
